A long time resident of the Charleston area, Jeff has been in the real estate business for over 24 years.
He specializes in helping families buy and sell homes throughout the Charleston area including Summerville, Goose Creek, Mt. Pleasant, James Island, West Ashley, Ladson, Moncks Corner, Hanahan, and Daniel Island. His personal involvement with the local schools and businesses keeps him abreast of how issues effect his clients and the overall housing market. He constantly monitors the housing market in these areas in order to help his clients make informed, knowledgeable decisions about buying and selling real estate. He is also a real estate investor and understands the use of the 1031 Tax Deferred exchange.
After spending 8 years in the US Navy on Submarines, Jeff has built a highly successful business based on communication, service, and results. Jeff has sold over 1200 homes during his career. Jeff lives in Summerville with his wife and 2 sons; Mary, Justin 22 (a Senior at USC) and Ron 17 (a Junior at Summerville HS). They enjoy sharing Gamecock sports, Greenwave sports and boating the Charleston waters.
